JAZ Makadi Star & Spa

It was my second visit to jaz makadi, first time at jaz makadi star and spa, it is great for family and couples, we enjoyed out stay with my wife and son - check in was quick and easy -rooms are very clean all the time and well designed space for every detail -the best was food taste and a-lot of options was available -wheelchair / electric scooter ramps -signs / side walks materials /landscaping -highly safety measures hand sanitizers ...etc - animation team differ each day interesting and enjoyable for all ages specially Mado and Lil At the end the most seen was how much the staff are friendly starting with mr tamer the room service and his morning smile mr ibrahim at the reception with no problem for any thing I asked, and the amazing talking every day with mr ashraf restaurant and beverage manager and his team.

The reort was very well planned and had all the facilities you could thik of, with no need to step outside. They even had small kiosks and shops to buy clothes and souvenirs. We've stayed at lots of resorts and lots of all-inclusive ones, and by far, this was the best of them all. The staff were exceptional! Each and every one of them went out of their way to make us feel completely pampered. The food quality and variety was excellent. We had the option of going to the a la carte restaurants for dinner, but the food at the buffet restaurant was so good, we never ventured out. My husband and kids also visited the waterpark and came back very impressed. There were lots of slides and rides, but they were most impreseed by how clean everything was and how well maintained. Have recommended the resort to all our friends and will definitely go back. This time for longer!

The staff was very nice, The hotel staff did their best to ensure your satisfaction.The hotel beach was very nice, there was a reef right in front of it, snorkeling was very nice. The fact that the hotel has snorkeling equipment is an added bonus.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jaz Star Hotel in Makadi Bay, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. Special thanks to Mr. Mina and Mr. Aly, who made extraordinary efforts to make my stay truly memorable. The birthday surprise they organized was a wonderful touch and left me feeling truly special. The hotel's facilities, services, and location all exceeded my expectations. Our last day here today and we’ve had the most amazing time. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and always provide super quick service. We’ve had ants come into our room, AC issues and broken glass etc and they’ve always fixed it within 10-15 mins! As we have small children, our holiday has been a bit hectic but staff have always helped out where possible, especially being very patient during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Restaurant staff were great. The reception manager Mina was amazing too, always checking in to see if we were okay. Food was great, always a wide variety to choose from and different themes daily. Pools were clean and well maintained. Plenty of sunbeds and pool bar was brilliant! I just wish there was more for kids to do in the pool as it’s quite basic. They do have a water park nearby though, and the shuttle is every half hour. Location is good as hurghada town is only half hour drive, they do a shuttle to this for 9 euro per person return or can arrange private taxis as well. Other hotels nearby as we were in a hotel zone so we were able to go to the other restaurants and shisha bar etc. lots of shops (reasonably priced if you haggle) within 5 mins walk as well as a clinic and pharmacy which we ended up needing due to mosquito bites. I didn’t think it was worth going out to Hurghada town to shop as we did this and it was more expensive than the local shops near hotel! The entertainment at the hotel was good, as was the entertainment at Saraya hotel (we were able to access this while at the shisha bar). They also have playgrounds and a kids club which my children loved! Especially the paper flower making. The beach is a 10 mins walk from the hotel but we had to go through another hotel to access it, this was the only negative really. Overall brilliant stay! I would definitely come back here and recommend to all my friends and family!
