Our last day here today and we’ve had the most amazing time. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and always provide super quick service. We’ve had ants come into our room, AC issues and broken glass etc and they’ve always fixed it within 10-15 mins! As we have small children, our holiday has been a bit hectic but staff have always helped out where possible, especially being very patient during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Restaurant staff were great. The reception manager Mina was amazing too, always checking in to see if we were okay. Food was great, always a wide variety to choose from and different themes daily. Pools were clean and well maintained. Plenty of sunbeds and pool bar was brilliant! I just wish there was more for kids to do in the pool as it’s quite basic. They do have a water park nearby though, and the shuttle is every half hour. Location is good as hurghada town is only half hour drive, they do a shuttle to this for 9 euro per person return or can arrange private taxis as well. Other hotels nearby as we were in a hotel zone so we were able to go to the other restaurants and shisha bar etc. lots of shops (reasonably priced if you haggle) within 5 mins walk as well as a clinic and pharmacy which we ended up needing due to mosquito bites. I didn’t think it was worth going out to Hurghada town to shop as we did this and it was more expensive than the local shops near hotel! The entertainment at the hotel was good, as was the entertainment at Saraya hotel (we were able to access this while at the shisha bar). They also have playgrounds and a kids club which my children loved! Especially the paper flower making. The beach is a 10 mins walk from the hotel but we had to go through another hotel to access it, this was the only negative really. Overall brilliant stay! I would definitely come back here and recommend to all my friends and family!

A special shoutout to Mr Ali from the front office team who was incredibly friendly and made everything for us, his attentiveness and friendly demeanor added so much to our experience also his warm welcome and personal touch made us feel right at home from the start. Also special thanks to all the team who helped us and guided us for everything we needed. When we took about food nothing compared to jaz makadi star & spa , I can’t express how amazing and delicious the food was starting from the breakfast which had exceptional variety till the dinner. The staff in the restaurant also made sure that we had everything we needed during our meals. The level of care and hospitality from the entire team is what makes this place stand out. It’s rare to find out such genuine, thoughtful service where you feel like more than just a guest. We can’t wait to return for our next stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel’s gardens are breathtaking, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a peaceful walk. The beach is stunning, with crystal-clear water and soft sand, making it an ideal spot to relax. The game area was super fun, offering great entertainment for all ages. The calm and romantic atmosphere makes it a perfect destination for honeymooners looking for a peaceful getaway. His service was impeccable, and he always made sure we had everything we needed during our meals. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor added so much to our experience. The level of care and hospitality from the entire team is what makes this place stand out. It’s rare to find such genuine, thoughtful service where you feel like more than just a guest. The reort was very well planned and had all the facilities you could thik of, with no need to step outside. They even had small kiosks and shops to buy clothes and souvenirs. We've stayed at lots of resorts and lots of all-inclusive ones, and by far, this was the best of them all. The staff were exceptional! Each and every one of them went out of their way to make us feel completely pampered. The food quality and variety was excellent. We had the option of going to the a la carte restaurants for dinner, but the food at the buffet restaurant was so good, we never ventured out. My husband and kids also visited the waterpark and came back very impressed. There were lots of slides and rides, but they were most impreseed by how clean everything was and how well maintained. Have recommended the resort to all our friends and will definitely go back. This time for longer!
